Patrick Kocsi
Patrick is the Founder Emeritus of Juna Equity Partners, a lower middle market private
equity firm focused on co-investing and non-control transactions based in New York.
Currently Patrick co-leads Ardian’s co-investing practice focusing on North American
investments alongside global private equity firms. Ardian is a leading global private
equity firm with over $115BN assets under management. Patrick has been in the
private equity industry since 1997.
Prior to establishing Juna in 2015 and joining Ardian in 2019, Patrick was Head of GE
Equity, the private equity arm of GE Capital. He managed a $2.5BN global private equity
portfolio consisting of co-investments and LP commitments. Patrick’s time at General
Electric Company, the US industrial conglomerate, spanned 24 years in increasing roles
of responsibility both domestic and international. He led the disposition of GE Equity’s
investment portfolio to Ardian leading to the formation of Juna.
He has served as a director or observer on 20+ boards both private, public, as well as non-profit.
Patrick has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Boston University and a Master’s degree in International Relations & Finance from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. He is a US and an EU (Austrian) citizen.
Mark Ribeiro
Mark is the Managing Partner of Juna Equity Partners. Mark has been with Juna since its founding in 2015 and an active member of the firm’s investment team and responsible for its operations and finances.
Mark has over 12 years of bulge bracket investment bank experience, and started his career in Equity
Research where he covered a wide range of industries from retail and consumer products to beverages
and metals before focusing on the digital media space. He covered the digital media sector at both
Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley where his research teams enjoyed various rankings in Institutional
Investor, Reuters & Latin Finance. He moved to Merrill Lynch’s investment banking group where he
continued his coverage of the TMT space and was engaged in a wide variety of transactions including
M&A, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, special situation workouts, IPOs and debt financings. He has lived
and worked in the US, Latin America and Asia.
He has served as a director or observer on over a dozen boards and currently serving on the boards of Talus Payments, Fiesta Insurance, Dayco, Singapore-Suzhou Township Development, CEA Study Abroad, RHA Health Services, CoreRx and HealthJump.
Mark has an MBA from Yale University, Master’s in Financial Economics and Policy from American University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Dickinson College. He is a US and Brazilian citizen.
Bob Lobley
A 34 year GE veteran, Bob led operational teams in manufacturing and technology, designed and implemented supplier quality and ISO9000 systems, implemented Lean/flow methodologies, developed information technology solutions, developed marketing plans, and led financial/business process audits.
Before joining the Juna team, Bob supported GE Equity’s portfolio by improving business processes such as procurement, data analytics, restructuring, HR, customer support, sales, shipping, and factory layout. A certified Master Black Belt, he added measurable enterprise value to the investments.
Bob started his career with GE through the Manufacturing Management Program. An alumnus of GE's Corporate Audit Staff, Bob held operational, technology, quality, and commercial leadership roles at GE Aerospace, Industrial Systems, GE Financial Assurance, and GE Trading/Licensing.
Bob holds an MBA from Binghamton University, and is a graduate of Manhattan College, where he earned a Bachelor's of Electrical Engineering.
Jordan Pasetsky
Jordan joined Juna Equity Partners in 2020. Previously, Jordan was a generalist in the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance group at HSBC, covering both corporate and sponsor transactions.
Prior to HSBC, Jordan graduated with Honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied Finance and Legal Studies.
